The Story of North American Decal

Our Company started in 1962 as an offset Printer. At this time much of the process was manual, including setting up and running presses, film and other finishing steps.

We became Screen-Printers in the mid-1970's, where we started working with some of the best Companies in North America. It was during this time we moved away from water-slide off decals to pressure sensitive decals.

In 1987 the Company was purchased by the Joshi family and three years later, in 1990 we merged with the largest decal Company in Canada at the time Canada Decal. The second generation of the Joshi Family is now leading the Company.

During the 1990's we continued to grow our business and acquired a number of suppliers and other Companies. We changed the Company name to "North American Decal" in 1997 to better reflect what we were producing at the time. It was also at this time that we started adopting the emerging technology of Digital printing.

In the 21st Century the printing industry is going through a period of evolution. The next 50 years of our story promises to be an exciting one!
